《序曲》
1997年，因氣喘發作在逢甲公園旁的公寓中掙扎了兩個冬天。
因自己對病情的不了解及發病時間的尷尬加上同學的也不了解
病症的嚴重性所以當時並無任何的送醫動作。
當初是與同學共同租屋在逢甲公園旁二樓的三房兩廳中。在外
求學的學子荷包空空，冬天只買的便宜的單人床棉被過冬。加
上棉被經過一個夏天未曾曝曬過，棉被中已經長滿的塵蹣而不
自知。只知道當初棉被一拿出來後，整天到午夜十二點呼吸像
被拔走了一樣開始呼吸困難，而心中所想的只有「呼吸」「呼
吸」，或許到四、五點累了睡著，也或許還沒睡眼睜睜的等到
天剛破曉，慢慢的走出公寓喝一杯溫溫熱熱的豆漿，氣喘症狀
也就舒緩下來。體驗著有陽光真好的日子。
因不知道自己有著過敏性氣喘，也不知道避開過敏源，就這樣
過了兩個最冷的冬天。
《自知與不自覺》
2002年，隨著畢業兵役問題也隨之而來，知道這問題不能再繼
續擱著不管，也終於知道自己是因為棉被的關係而發作。在當
兵前去了高雄長庚做了一些檢查，得知自己是典型的過敏性氣
喘，而過敏源也很單純的是因為塵蹣的關係。就這樣進了軍中
開始了數饅頭的。
其實在新訓時就曾發作過，不過當初以為感冒加上地區國軍醫
院的不信任態度，以感冒結案。
話說這次休假日期為平安夜和聖誕節，自休假前的一周到兩週
時間身體因天冷、日夜溫差大，加上長期身體無法充分的得到
休息及充足的睡眠，身體已經慢慢的出現流鼻水，甚至呼吸有
雜音的抗議聲音了。也曾嘗試以支氣管擴張劑緩和病情，也因
此好久沒帶在身邊的支氣管擴張劑開始隨身攜帶了。
《2003平安夜》
12月23日晚出營門後，鼻炎情況依舊嚴重，到了淡水，隔天因
家人白天上班所以一人獨自休息。到了下午呼吸雜音伴隨著身
體不舒服在對著自己做著嚴重的抗議，發現自己有點累了。於
是慢慢的走向隔壁淡水馬偕決定去看門診拿支氣管擴張的藥物
。掛完號PM 4:20，掛號小姐說要等五點黃昏診喔！好吧！來
都來了就等吧！！熬到了五點半多終於看完診拿完藥物，看著
藥袋，拿了三種。
醫生也好心的告訴我說，因今晚無胸腔內科醫生所以暫時先開
些對症狀的藥給我，如還是不舒服明早可以來看胸腔科，還問
問我說要幫忙掛號嗎？我無力的搖搖手說到不用了，如不舒服
我會自己來掛號的。
慢慢走回住所，看看藥袋，想起了前兩週去三總拿支氣管擴張
噴劑時也拿類似擴張劑藥丸的東西，於是以下面藥物代替了上
面的支氣管擴張劑
吃了藥之後症狀也慢慢舒緩了一些，到了晚上7點多，大姐回
來了，8點多一點，自己感覺呼吸又開始急促了起來，並且感
覺頭開始痛了起來，請大姐拿出耳溫槍來一量38.5度左右，自
己都嚇了一跳，開始考慮是否要去醫院，要去哪家醫院，而剛
拿到手的金莎巧克力也無心去理。與大姐討論後決定自己去三
總去掛急診，而大姐也幫我聯絡還在工作中的四姐直接到三總
去找我。於是開始整理東西自己到路口攔了台計程車直奔三總
。
途中也只能強的忍著不舒適在車陣中穿梭，到了三總還下錯了
門。原來！從門診區到急診處的是那麼遙遠！到了急診室，小
姐看我還能動請我稍等，而當時我只能跟他說「高燒、氣喘」
四個字，填完表格撐著上半身在急診室櫃檯等待著，穿上緊緊
的隔離衣被帶到發燒房去治療，剛到發燒房一個人都沒有，帶
我的義工媽媽去找了值班護士過來，等待中義工媽媽想聊聊而
我只能揮揮手說: 抱歉！！沒力氣說話！，醫生過了一陣子才
出現，於是開始準備打點滴以及給

的混合蒸氣，乍看之下很像一個在急診室中抽著大煙的病人。
過一陣子，四姐也到了發燒病房了，就這樣子看著努力呼吸的
我，護士過來努力找著我手上的血管，不知道是技術不好還是
身上的血液都跑的肺部去忙了，手上的血管都消失的不見蹤影
。扎了三針還是沒結果就不敢再打下去了，開始跟我道歉，我
只能苦笑著，說著身上血液的不是。找來學姊終於在找了一會
順利的上了點滴。看看手錶已經接近凌晨了，而我也好了一點
，只是依然無法正常呼吸的難過讓我睡不著。這時打給了部隊
中的值星官曾排長稍微說一下情形。
凌晨一點多，感覺呼吸又不對了！不過體溫倒是慢慢降下來了
。在發燒病房看著電腦發呆的值班護士看我怪怪的，我四姐也
幫我說我的情況不太好，護士去請在睡覺的大夫出來看看，加
了一針藥以及又多給了一個大煙抽。醫生看起來有點無奈，接
著躲到電腦螢幕前去職他的班，過了一會兒，從螢幕後面探頭
出來想說什麼，又過了一會兒才說: 你要不要住院啊!?我聳聳
肩笑笑說: 住就住吧！！
因此被轉到四樓的病房，四姐去辦了入院手續，回來樓上幫我
打理了些東西，等醫生整個看完已經四點多了。隔天，開始了
一天的內科治療包括:一天四次的大煙及一些藥物。
過了一整天，每個人都跟我說我看起好多了。 :)

以及停打點滴後的藥物
於是開始在醫院渡假的開始，聽聽音樂，看看小說，雜誌，報紙
，好久沒有這種悠閒的感覺了。在此很感謝42病房有活力的小護
士們，及主治醫生的關心，以及文同，佳德，小姑，四姐，大姐
的照顧和探病，也希望隔壁床的新兵弟兄快快好起來。
在出院後的藥物除了上述
加上下面兩個吸入用藥
《後記》
其實氣喘並不像大家所想像的如此嚴重，對症下藥，避免因發作
所傷害到的肺功能。按時用藥，日常生活正常，很快的就能遠離
氣喘的威脅了。
也希望大家別太讓自己的身體逞能，人總會衰老的，好好保養才
是。別以為每次閻王都不要人啊！！
